Day five- Recanting witness disavows recant, state of michigan presents dna evidence

Michael Terpening 2003 ArrestThe number of Terpening Followers in the court room dropped to as few as two this morning as Rodney who "recanted" via Terpening Followers arranged media and YouTube videos explained the involvement of Jamie Moore Bell, Judith Faye and others in the effort to force dismissal of the charges against Michael Terpening.

In the humble opinion of this writer the comments made earlier this year likely proved correct that the so called recant and effort to create a conspiracy with the first accuser probably ended up doing Terpening great harm. Both with Rodney and other witnesses, testimony is showing efforts by Terpening Followers most notably Jamie Moore Bell on Terpening's behalf. It is hard to calculate what her intention was, in some cases as with Chirsty S the contacts were described as threatening. In the case of Rodney it was more a motherly influence to get Rodney to do what she wants.

To be clear Rodney is not one to be easily manipulated. He clearly states he wishes Michael Terpening could go home. His comments on the stand match comments in the videos where he talks about how difficult his life has been without a father, any father, and his wish not to see that happen to Terpennig.

Before court broke for lunch, came the DNA evidence. Terpening's DNA was found at the site of the sexual assault described by Brian, also known as Resident A, as was Brian's DNA on a cigar and a beer bottle. Rodney's DNA was found exactly where he said it could be found in an assault he testified took place. There were two false positives which lab staff said could have been the result of bleaching and cleaning of the sites. Terpening's DNA was not recovered at that scene, but could have been there at some point.

THIS JUST IN FROM HASTINGS- The girl who first made allegations against Terpening when she was 13 year old just testified. This woman, now nearly 30 years old is a member of Terpening's family. The allegations were made to the police when the alleged assault took place although the parent's declined to take action at the time.

Given the coverage of Mr. Terpening's family and the consequences many have suffered who dare speak up for truth in the various activities of Michael Terpening, we can add this woman to the growing list of heroes in this case.
