Terpening complains to "court Clerk" in Barry County

So one court appointed lawyer is gone, the paid lawyer is also gone. Now Terpening has a new court appointed lawyer.

The Attorney General's office has extended the plea deal to the end of January for Terpening.

Apparently Terpening also has until January 10, 2014 to take a polygraph.
