The
Supreme Court effectively ended the appeals of Michael
Terpening yesterday.
So far as the Great State of Michigan is concerned Terpening is a child predator and no longer has any hope the courts will come to his rescue.
So for the better part of the next decade Mike's family can visit in where he can do no more harm to children. When he gets out he will be subject to lifetime monitoring. Michael Terpening will never truly be a free man.
